I usually do not leave bad reviews. The breakfast was good. Typical but hot and fresh except manderine oranges, soft and brown. Check in: no info given except breakfast times and a $50 deposit I was unaware of. Had to ask diections to room. A customer could not find something in his room. Told to look again, it's in there. Our room: 3 sofa throw sized pillows, one blanket, faucet loose on sink, carpet coming up, toilet over flowed, one packet of cream and sugar, the curtains hung over the heating system, had to stack things on top of unit to not block the vent. Went to service desk 3 times. No one there. Room advertized with hot tub. A jetted bath tub and hot tub are not the same. We stayed at quinta with a hot tub in Sandusky ohio. Everything was perfect, even the hot tub! This is why we chose Quinta again. But this one was like a bad franchise. Pool closed at 730. Opened in am. No towels. Exercise room had towels but no Sanitizer. Paid for extended checkout, $30. We left early. I could go on, I won't. Location was excellent.
