I appreciate all the staff that went above and beyond. The rooms are super comfortable and clean.

The room was wonderful, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the steak dinner was a little too tough. The breakfast had a large variety, almost too much.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was comfortable, though the bed was a bit hard for me! The only complaint I had was that my wake up call never arrived. If I hadn't had my phone alarm set, I might not have made my flight!

Like the cleanliness of the room but for some of the amenities that are always free at other hotels, they want to charge you for something so simple as a bottle of water to drink and for your coffee machine. Such as one bottle for water for 3 people per day.

Brand new, clean property. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and big towels. Directly connected to Terminal 2. Poor signage directing to the hotel. Minimum toiletries and amenities. The front lobby doesn’t look appealing.

I needed to switch my reservation, because I had made a mistake about which airport I was flying into. It was so insulting that the manager wouldn't transfer my reservation to their property at gatwick -- a mistake was made, and they were terribly ungenerous in switching my reservation. And so I had to book another hotel -- and certainly I chose against Hilton, and I lost the entirety of my money. It made me doubt the entire brand of Hilton, and has left a really terrible taste in my mouth. Incredibly inhospitable.

Everything was very nice. I loved that I could walk to Terminal 3.

Best bed ever! Just what you need between kind nag fkghta. Also, very quiet and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Ease of walking to the terminal to catch a flight. Hotel room was very clean and spacious.

I was in a handicapped room (1306) and the water in the shower doesn't flow to the drain. It floods the entire bathroom.
