Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould!
