The room was in good condition, the amenities were in good condition.
My only feedback is about your Hotel website, which was down when I tried to pay for the room, after a few failed attempts to pay for the room, I decided to personally go to the hotel and pay the amount it was asking in the website.
Unfortunately the person behind the desk, was not helpful and did not show any interest in helping me book the accommodation or look at trying to help with the website issue.
The only response I received multiple times from the desk person was to leave the premises, go my own way and try to book the room through a third party website.
In my opinion not the customer service experience I was expecting, especially mentioning that your website was not working correctly.
