Shower curtain smelled bad. Toilet ran all night. Was super tired so I slept well and the beds were clean. Didn’t feel unsafe or anything. Have stayed in much worse places.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. I wish I had known that soap, shampoo was not provided. We knew this was a budget hotel and we were glad to get the price, and also get to have 2 dogs stay free, and could pay for the 3rd dog. It was comfortable and safe, and convenient to a Firestone that we had to use, unexpectedly! Satisfied and we appreciae the value.
I was not happy that housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am in the morning the first day. The second day room service called my room at 8:29 AM let my phone ring and ring, I had to get out of the shower and answer it to the room service lady held the line and hung up, while I looked out the window and saw she was next door. I’m not happy about room service rushing people out. Yet I booked two nights, and still felt pushed out. I’m not impressed and I’m not happy. I stay here frequently visiting family.

I have stayed at this motel several times, and I was never charged an extra fee. So if you’re staying here people you will be charged up front and extra $50.

Check in was quick and easy. The check in clerk was a sweetheart and was quick to handle our needs. The hotel is very large and around a shopping center. There is a Hooters next door which added some extra noise. Beds were very comfortable and room was nice and cool. Overall it was a wonderful stay!
