They ask for too much money for incidentals! $100 is a joke. I’ve stayed at the Hamptons. I’ve stayed at many high dollar hotels, they sure don’t ask for $100! I sleep in a hotel every night I’m a platinum member with hotels.com I shouldn’t have to pay any incidentals l And it takes too long to get my money back from best Western! And the lady at the front desk was just rude! I’m still waiting on three different stays over the last week and a half and best Western and I’m still waiting on my incidentals to come back on my Card. Funny how all these other high dollar hotels that I’ve stayed at either don’t make me give for incidentals or it’s $25 or $50. On top of that almost every single other hotel I stay at as soon as they check me out within the day no longer than two days my money‘s been back on my card! Funny how fast they can take it off your card, but it takes 7 to 10 days to get back Piss off. I will never stay at best Western again ever. I know they don’t care but I do because they lost me staying at their hotel even if it’s the last one in town I’ll sleep in my truck.

The shower in room 214 was really dirty.. the shower head had thick build up black mold on it so I had to take a bird bath in the bathroom sink. When I turned on the air it smell like mildew.. but other then that great location..

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The property was a little lacking. There is only 1 washer/dryer for the entire property. So if someone else has already started their laundry, it will be at least an hour and a half before you can do yours. There is no elevator on property so if you are disabled, you won't be able to stay on the 2nd floor. The bathtub was gross, we had to clean the shower head before we could bathe. Also, the tub didn't drain properly, so we showered in ankle deep water. There were tacks sticking out of the transfer between the room and bathroom. My wife stepped on them several times. Last complaint is that the room we got was directly above the main boiler for the property and it woke us up several times because of how loud it was. I don’t think that the hotel was anywhere near capacity, that particular room should be not be filled unless necessary. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Good meal choices. I probably won't be back any time soon.

This BW needs upgrades & freshened up. The 1st room the door appeared to have been repaired & NOT done well as we could see 1 to 2 inch gap to hall! Cleaning staff was rude when I asked for towels. They practically pushed their way into our room! We do not ask for daily service, it's not welcomed & we keep the privacy sign on door for a reason. They keep a back door open ALL the time which is a security issue, it should require a guest key card to enter. We will not stay at this BW again & we're highly considering another hotel brand. BW accommodations consistency is lacking and we're frankly, tired of it.

We came to visit family, overall everything was good. Would have been nice if the room key would open the exterior door from the parking garage. I didn't care for having to walk around the outside of the hotel after 10 pm. The breakfast was a little lacking but acceptable compared to some other hotels. Carpet in our room could stand a deep clean as there were several stains. Towels could be softer but were clean. As was the rest the room. We stay here usually once a year. Will be back next year.
