My stay at the red roof inn ...was a very pleasent stay..Very clean..friendly front guest host..The hospitality was 100% ..My most pleasent experience was with Tuza He was very helpful 2 me Made me feel very welcom as a guest..i will recommend anyone to stay at the Red Roof Inn East Lithonia ..u will have a pleasent stay.

My experience here was a great one from being greeted by Aquib and his professional mannerism to a nice and clean room to a quick and easy discharge. All staff was very nice. Hallways were a bit noisy.

Ms.Maxine was very nice and helpful she made sure coffee and sugar was available. She's a wonderful employee and loves her job. I would tell everyone about my stay at the red roof. Thank very much for my wonderful stay.

I came to Lithonia from Washington DC a long long drive out from the airport and was greeted by a wonderful personality at the front desk in the name of Miss Maxine. She had superb professionalism, that was a significant Cut Above All the hotel staff that I have encountered in all my years of travel as a captain in the US Army. The facilities were really clean, comfortable and welcoming to a weary traveler as myself .... MADD kudos to miss Maxine for her ability to calm my weary soul, and provide me with a wonderful stay at the Red Roof Inn Lithonia Georgia

I checked in on June 27 at 3pm, with my 3month old, within 5mins of arrival I noticed the water wasn't working. When I called front desk, I was informed that they were going through an inspection and it should last about 30 mins, which is understandable. However, Not being informed of the inconvenience prior to check in, Not understandable at all. Especially when Maxine(front​ desk) tells me she was aware, she was simply in a rush to leave 😑😑. Well that 30 mins turned into 4.5 hours(No exaggeration) I spoke with the Owner(Mr. Patel) who kept pretending to be a low level manager. He initially offered a 20%discount at 3 hours and said anything longer than that I would get a full refund...well an hour and half later, you guessed it, he pulls out of his word. Now you can imagine how pissed I was. Especially with my 3month old with me. The next morning, I ask Maxine if she could make some coffee, to which I am told "in a lil minute, I got reservations to make" mind you with not a one customer in her face(except me), ENTIRE stay here was bad, the staff(with exception of cleaning ladies) are RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Stayed here for one night after a long flight from UK. Rooms are large and air-conditioned. Staff on front desk are very friendly and check in was swift. One little problem...they have no breakfast, even though it says they have on their booking confirmation. maybe something to look at. The lady on Reception was quite helpful and pointed us in the direction of an IHOP just down the road.

I called to ask the pet policy. A lady named Maxine stated in a rude tone and I quote, "one pet pet room and you can't leave that pet in the room... if you do you better leave a number because we don't want to deal with all that barking. If you have a smaller pet it must be in the Kennel at all times!" Clearly not pet friendly...

I would like to tell you about the excellent service and great smile of Maxine and the ladies at the front desk. they made me feel welcome and assisted me with Logistics I really appreciate it the excellent service.

This was an older hotel but very well kept! Clean, great staff, can't say enough about this great hotel. It probably had some amenities that I didn't need but they might have had. Maxine and her staff did a wonderful job making sure our stay was enjoyable. Free parking, easy access and did I say how clean and friendly it was ???? Thanks so much for a great night's stay!

It was a great relief, to find a friendly person in this town. Maxine the front desk clerk was so nice to me and answered all my annoying questions. She never seemed put off or annoyed by me. Instead she seemed very eager to help me. As a matter of fact, all the daytime staff were very nice and polite to me. I highly recommend this hotel.
