Most of the staff was pleasant and accommodating except one. When I called the front desk to advise them of my room door being left wide open by housekeeping, the staff member did not apologize. Instead, he asked was the room tidy and was anything missing. He made it seem as though the door being left open, with all of my belongings in plain sight, wasn't a big deal if the room was cleaned and my items was still there. When I asked why was he so unconcerned he replied "just let us know if anything is missing". All other staff members were courteous but I've never received such horrible customer service like the above referenced.
