I enjoyed my stay, the room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and courteous. It’s a nice area right behind a shopping mall that’s in walking distance as well as plenty of restaurants nearby.

Rental car was broken into, you are charged for parking on the company property. Breakfast buffet is $11 dollars which is ok, but eggs isn't included, you pay for eggs separately. Just seems like they try to nickel and dime you for everything.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of nearby shopping. However, the room had several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, and the pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on—I had a crook in my neck for three days. On our last day, we requested towels so we could shower before heading to the airport, but they never came. And though the staff was nice, breakfast was great, and the location convenient, we won’t be staying here again.

Disappointed by the lack of professionalism

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On both evenings, I noticed hotel employees—and what appeared to be their friends—hanging out right outside the building. It wasn’t just a quick break; they were lingering around for long periods of time, hanging out at their car parked directly in front of the hotel and creating an unprofessional atmosphere. As a guest, it didn’t feel welcoming or secure. First impressions matter, and having staff and their friends socializing outside the hotel is not a good look—especially when you're expecting a comfortable and professional environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Guests deserve a more respectful and polished experience.
