Stayed for 4 days in April - hotel was brilliant. Always clean and well kept, the rooftop pool is fantastic (although it is very cold - even with a full day's sun bearing down). The room was pleasant; we tried the breakfast one morning but found this to be overpriced, there is a fantastic bakery/cafe on the corner of the street for breakfast. The main attraction of this hotel was the pool; I would thoroughly recommend a stay here

Stayed at this hotel with a group of friends recently. It is a nice clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and hassle free. The only down side is the room was small and had two single beds put together to make a double. The hotel has a rooftop pool, it was nice and clean. The hotel is 5-10 minutes from the main nightlife area. Wifi was good in all hotel areas and the barman made a really good Pina Colada.

Stopped here on the 19th March for for nights and found it to be an excellent choice. Fantastic links to all the best places in Lisbon as the metro is right across the street. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff. It's an ideal place to stop and very reasonably priced aswell. It also has a well kept pool and nice sauna for good measure.

This hotel boasts a bar but unfortunately they don't seem to have a barman. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to appear but gave up and went next door to what became our local! Hotel Principe Lisbon has a great bar, a very competent barman and we spent many a happy hour there. Other than that, the hotel is ok but all rooms are not the same even if you pay the same price. My friend and I booked single rooms but mine was much bigger, had a chair and a standalone shower rather than shower over the bath. Although the seal on the shower door meant the floor flooded so had to use several towels to soak up water. The room was very dark and there were a few electrical issues too, missing bulbs and a socket literally hanging out of the wall. No point complaining. We told reception on day one that a wardrobe door wouldn't open and nothing was done about it. The TV channels were better in my room and my friend could only get CNN besides the Portuguese channels. Breakfast was ok, coffee was nice, but the 'cooked breakfast' was only ever luke warm at best. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and rooms very well cleaned everyday. The hotel is right next to a metro station and therefore very handy for getting about, a few minutes from El Corte Ingles and very close to some great restaurants.

This very good 3 star hotel is located opposite an exit from the S. Sebastiao Metro station at the end of the line from the airport. This station also serves a line going to tourist areas. Avenida Duque de Avila has numerous cafes and restaurants which is good for evening meals. Our impressions of the hotel were good: an elegant entrance lobby, a comfortable bedroom and a nice breakfast room where a buffet breakfast with a wide range of hot and cold food was served. Staff on reception were very helpful, room cleaning was excellent. It would be nice to have a hotel of this quality at this price in London!

There were a number of things that made me smile whenever I think about this hotel! The staff were always smiling and always willing to assist us. Understood English well. The room was big and comfortable. Warm and inviting! The bathroom was big too. Plenty of space and always clean while the amenities replenished when ever needed! Beds comfortable and pillows were up to my standards for a change (not too soft). Breakfast was good. They even changed some of the warm dishes a couple of times during my stay. Bread exceptional and always fresh. Coffee was average though. Location great as is close to metro station!

Have just stayed 2 nights here in this very convenient hotel. Opposite Sao Sebastio Metro, on the red line from the airport. 25 mins from terminal to hotel. Exit train and turn left and keep going until above ground and hotel is opposite. Friendly staff throughout, room smallish, but ample be for stay. Pool on roof open till 8pm, did not use as no time.

Come here ,for business and see family. Nice rooms and friendly staff . But the hotel is in need of refurbishment The reception should be on the left inside ( as you came in) so you can see u is coming or going .should invest in a proper bar and restaurant .

If you like a fresh air and possibility to open a window, you are wrong here. Staff is very unhelpful and impolite. Mr Almeida told me about a portuguese law not to open a window, but was unable to show me this law. He did not give me also a name and personal contact of hotel General Manager, although I asked 10 times about it The location of this hotel is not good for holidays, it is very noisy here. The rooms are small. I can not explain good rating of Tripadvisor. This hotel is worse than average hotel. I do not recommend to visit it.

Came to this hotel through a friend and took pot luck. delightfully surprised. courteous, friendly staff, especially Antonio at the mini restaurant; love breakfast staff from East Timor and Goa, spotlessly clean and best of all, it's right opposite the Sao Sebastiao Metro terminal. So when you take the red line from the airport, not long afterwards you're right in front of the hotel, just a few steps up from the metro and on your right is the Sana Reno. Lovey place, nice to come home to and always friendly. Highly recommend.
