Check in was easy and Frank kept instructions simple to make it as easy as possible. He was very easy to deal with and communicated well on the day of check in.The property itself is tucked away in an alley so you will need to walk up hill after you arrive by cab/uber. Aside from that the location is phenomenal. You're well within walking distance from so many of the hot spots of Lisbon, and the area around it is quite lively itself.The space was nice, although I did notice a couple things that I was wary of. The couches are stained which we did not use due to that. As well the floor could have used a deeper clean and it seemed like the cleaners rushed through before we arrived. We did check in on a sunday night so that might have had an effect on the cleaning crew not being 100% thorough. Other than that though I would recommend this place, especially for the incredible value.
