We have just finished a 3 night stay here in Miraparque and found it very enjoyable. Check in was easy, arrived around 12pm when hotel policy is you should check in at 3pm. He made sure there were 2 rooms ready for us to check in early, and even moved us around so we could have 2 rooms next to each other. Air conditioning was very good in the rooms, my only issue is that it doesn't exist in the bathroom, which can lead to it being very hot and stuffy in there! Beds were very cosy and minibar drink prices were reasonable. Metro station (parque - blue line) was a 2 minute walk around the corner and a lovely park and a few restaurants nearby too. Would recommend if coming to Lisbon and would stay here again!

I visited Miraparque on a solo visit (Autumn 2015) and felt it would be a good choice for a recent city break for my wife and me. I'm glad to say that she agrees with everything I said after my first visit. We again had a park-view room - very neat and tidy, and without the slightly odd door positioning I mentioned before. While not outstanding, the breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate. We had to do a bit of experimenting to get the coffee/milk balance to our liking; and it would be an advantage if you are enthusiastic about scrambled egg and Frankfurter sausage! Our visit coincided with a heatwave and we were very grateful to have an efficient A/C system in our room. We would be very happy to return.

I guess it's okay and a Quite simple hotel. It's nothing special really. Good breakfast buffé and okay service , But really slowly WiFi, that works sometimes and somtimes not, Wich i find really bad and annoying...

Its a nice city hotel near a metro station. 5 € for breakfast, nothing special but ok. Its about an half hour walk from the touristic center. Clean rooms, the wifi works fine. The 3star hotel is normal in price and its worth it.

Booked a night here to be fairly close to the airport for my flight the next morning. Hotel was very dated and the bathroom has evidence of damp and mould. Seriously needs updating. No control for the air con and despite booking a park view room I got one overlooking the garbage at the back! Wasn't really an issue for one night but wouldn't have been happy if I'd been staying longer. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and extra for hot food. Didn't try the gym. Good location near the metro; out of the town centre in a quiet location but noise from within the hotel itself was quite bad. Decent cheap stay for a night but wouldn't recommend if staying in Lisbon for any length of time. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Very good location. Closse to metro Parque which goes directly to the center and Alfama. El Corte Ingles right next to the hotel. Bus stops also near by. Friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. Rooms nice and clean. Great bed. A bit small number of TV channels available. Breakfast - good and tasty however each day you get the same. Really liked it.

Not far from the busy centre of Lisbon and accessible to many areas via the metro. We found this hotel to be very quiet; the beds were very comfortable and the room was kept impeccably clean. The breakfast was adequate without being indulgent. The presentation of the buffet was excellent and there was not a crumb to be seen. However I don't recommend the coffee from the machine. The bathroom was excellent with a generous allocation of towels, and it was kept spotless. Staff were helpful when approached.

Spent 4 nights here on bed and breakfast basis, room good size and clean with lovely bathroom and great shower which had hand and shower soap providd, we had requested a view of the park and got this (Room 502). . We both enjoyed the continental breakfast and the staff were pleasant and helpful, used the bar on a couple of occasions and the drinks are well priced. Took the Metro from the airport to Parque and if you leave the station and take a right up the hill, at the top of the hill take a left the hotel is 50 yard or so down. Good position and well based for sightseeing, we purchased the 24 hour pass which meant we could use the metro, trams and funicular and we got our moneys worth. Would recommend this hotel.

My wife Viv and I stayed for two nights from 11 May on a package booked with BA for a special birthday celebration. Viv had emailed the hotel to see if they could give us a room at the front - and we were delighted when they did. The room even had a little balcony. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bar area is not large but sufficient for the number of guests who used it. Prices in the bar are very reasonable - a large tequila for 3 euros was a bargain. Breakfast is good with a wide range of choices and kept fully supplied by the staff. There are usually two hot dishes - scrambled eggs and sausages. Unfortunately Viv had a bad accident on our second day away from the hotel. So we spent the remainder of our break in Lisbon A&E. The hotel were very understanding and helpful and let us keep our room for an additional 3 hours without charge as she was immobile in bed. All the staff helped with getting her downstairs and into a taxi. So nothing but praise. Thank you guys. I would certainly stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon. There is a good and very reasonable Italian restaurant just down the road and the hotel is about 300 metres from Parque station. One drawback is the lack of shops in the vicinity - the hotel is in the commercial area populated by large banks and finance houses. But that shouldn't deter anyone from staying.

Please read the review from 3 weeks ago. Our room was also opposite the garbage bins from the blocks of flats opposite - garbage was collected at 3am! I did complain to the duty manage about the room and she agreed with my comments and actually said she would get chairs for us but she agreed there was no room for them in the room The room was down a small corridor in which was a service lift and service room plus our room. This room was so tiny we had to fold the luggage rack to get into the bathroom, there was no room for even one comfortable chair - we had to sit on the bed which was most uncomfortable and unhygienic - the sheets were not changed during our 4 night stay. There was a hard back chair at the desk but the bed was so close you couldn't sit at the desk.. I have stayed in ensuite rooms in youth hostels which were far superior to this hotel. The worst room I have ever slept in
