Outstanding

We loved our stay at this Lisbon property.It is centrally located and within steps of many cafes and restaurants.Despite that we slept very well thanks to the very thick windows an air conditioning.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is really nice, wonderful renovated, fully equipped, lots of space. That it is on the third floor without elevator, I knew before, so that wasn't a problem. The apartment is very well located. We enjoid our stay.The electricity sometimes is a problem - it is sometimes overwhelmed. The bathrooms were cold - we couldn't place the heating there, because then the electricity broke down. There were long black hairs in the bathroom and especialy in the bathtub (I am "hairphob").But that wasn' that bad, we had a good time in the apartment.

Quiet place, great location

We enjoyed the place, it was nice and very clean. If you're from the US, note that this is actually on the 4th floor as floor one is floor zero there. It's a very busy area and you have to pick up the ticket to park in the garage before you park, so that is a bit of a challenge. It was surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area was, which was perfect for us.

Good Location, not much else.

Location is nice and central, close to shopping, restaurants and transit. Apartment has bare minimum supplies including kitchen and linens. Although it looks renovated, it is pretty run down. Would not stay again.

Great location

The apartment is great and in a fantastic location. The apartment itself is a five star rating. My only issue was with the property owners. I messaged them on a few occasions regarding the heat/ac unit and they did not respond, which was disappointing.

Great Location!

PROS:Property is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Beds comfortable, quiet building and provides everything needed. CONS: Only provided two bath towels for four people in error. We contacted host many times and either got no response or a response with no clear resolution. We had to share bath towels for 2 days until finally brought some. On last day one if the shower drains clogged and caused water to go all over floor. Had to use the bath towels to mop up. Luckily our last day or would gave no towels again. This was our 4th VRBO property on this trip. The property is great, but lack or responsiveness from host was a deal breaker especially at this price point. Next time we would choose another property.

Great central location

This apartment is great with a location that allows for walking to lots of spots in Lisbon including restaurants, shopping, Rossio Square, Time Out Market etc. Lots of stairs since it’s on the top floor so be prepared for that. Master bed is not super comfortable so if you have back issues it’s something to consider. Personally, I will not use VRBO again as they made it impossible for me to change the credit card for payment to avoid international fees.

Location, Location, Location

We love the location of the property. It's in the mid of everything. We appreciate that it includes the parking space. While the parking is not next to it, it is not too far walk from the apartment as some reviews stated. The bed and towels are very nice - hotel quality. The reasons for a 4 star rating are 1) Shower is bit old and needs an update. 2) the room is on the 4th floor without elevator. I hesitated to go back to the room for a short rest during the day since I didn't want to climb up and down the stairs.

Great Location

The apartment is as described. The location is fabulous and the apartment is charming and comfortable. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5-star rating is that there was an electricity issue and on the last night of our stay we got locked out and had to wait 45 mins for a key (the door has an electric lock). Karine was very responsive and followed through to ensure we got in as soon as possible.

Close proximity

Location was great - super close to all main attractions. Space was perfect for 4 people and had (2) spacious bathroom. Unfortunately early check-in was not available for us. Another bump was that upon arrival, the parking permit was not provided which forced me to park in the garage out of my own personal cost. Still working with the owner to be reimbursed for the additional cost incurred. The parking garage is also 3-4 blocks away at a public garage.

Awesome place with a great location!

We had a great time staying in this property. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need if you wanted to cook. The bathroom were spacious and with plenty of soap. The living area was inviting with a lot of light and the bedrooms were comfortable and luxurious. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 15, usually 10 minute walk. We really loved our stay here and cannot thank you all enough for the incredible hosptiality!
