Very nice property. I did not like the elevator situation it was very slow. We were on 4th floor had to go up 2 flights to get to elevator then 4 flights to get to room. We used the elevator the first day and then they put signs up all over the building that elevator was for luggage only.

The property itself is in a great location, clean and has all the amenities. However, the bedroom faces the street and you can hear EVERYTHING. If you’re a light sleeper or don’t mind being up at 6am due to street noise, then this is the place for you. Also the elevator didn’t work and we had to carry 46kg of luggage up and down 6 flights of stairs. Wish we would’ve known ahead of time.

Location was great, apartment was spacious, good beds, had washing machine. No laundry detergent. Main kitchen supplies. To get elevator for luggage need to walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage. Showers are not good and very slow to empty- had to stop shower many times during shower to ensure water would not overflow. Faulty lock on bathroom door-got locked in bathroom and had to wait for property to get locksmith. Initially told this cost would be on me but when they came they agreed not our fault and they did not make me pay. Property manager was very responsive.

Lisbon family trip

Great place to stay within walking distance of various historical sites and near plenty of restaurants and shops. Nice and very clean penthouse level apartment with a good amount of space and a sweet little balcony. Not recommended for individuals with mobility limitations as there is no real elevator, but rather a cargo lift that can bring up/down your suitcases. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

Location, location, location. Property is beautiful and centrally located in the heart of the historic district. It's well kept except for the black mold we discovered in the kitchen corner. Otherwise it would have been a solid 5.

Great location with a receptive host. Accommodations were certainly adequate for our family of 5. Restaurants and cultural attractions nearby (and a great wine store downstairs!). Only complaints are that the elevator did not work, and the street can be noisy at night with construction and rennovations. Otherwise this is a neat place in a fantastic European capital city.

Great location - lots of steps

The space is well maintained and very spacious. There are a lot of steps. The elevator was difficult and we were never able to use it. After a long day we were so tired from the steps. The location is perfect.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Spacious with modern furnishings, bathroom and kitchen. Entry process was simple and effective. Lift did the job of getting suitcases up to the 5th Floor. In the middle of the action and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Location couldn’t be better and as a bonus, apartment is on a small side street so it’s quiet. Apartment has lots of amenities and is spacious. We had a very comfortable stay! I would stay here again.
