The Downtown Terrace was an excellent place to stay in Baixa. It is centrally located to all areas of Lisbon and easily walkable to multiple train lines. It was a great home base to see everything we wanted to see and be able to get back to easily. The apartment itself is very nice and unique. The washing machine and air conditioning were nice luxuries to have. Sandra was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question. Without exaggeration she responded within minutes if not immediately. Don't let the 5th floor and lack of elevator hold you back from staying here. The view from the balcony was worth it. From it you can see the Arco da Rua Augusta and the Targus River beyond it. It was great exercise anyway!

This apt is in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. Walkable to historic sites. 5 levels of stairs but makes it worth the nice view from the patio. Property manage very responsive to questions.

Quick stay in Lisboa

The partner is in a great location centrally located for walking to many of Lisboa’s best spots. Access was super easy and markets were close by as was convenient parking. We loved the space and the homey feel while traveling.

Great location & stay for 2 adults

Overall, this property was great for a short stay and a few adults who don't mind climbing some stairs to get to the apartment. Located on a bustling street with tons of vendors, restaurants, cafes and great views. Apartment was accurate per the listing and we had no issues during the stay. Would recommend and I'd stay there again myself.

Family trip to Lisbon

Excellent location on the main road of the city. Walking up and down 5 flights of stairs a few times a day was a bit of a chore. Nice little oasis right in the middle of the city.

Great location!

Overall, a nice place to stay. Very central location. As others mentioned, expect many stairs and short ceilings. Fortunately, our family is in decent shape and relatively short. The only downsides, though minor, were uneven shower water temps and a tiny ironing board.
