Sehr kritisch ist zu sehen, dass die Wegbeschreibungen des Anbieters zur falschen Adresse führen (die richtige Adresse ist eher unscheinbar). Die Wohnung selbst ist gut, Problem mit der Aussenjalousie wurde gelöst (nicht gelöst Problem Spülmaschine). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem "lebhaften" Viertel, nachts ist nicht gerade leise.
