nice people; alexandra, christiana, maria nice place good spot

Everything was great, was surprised after seeing the outside of property.

I have been coming to Portugal since I was a child and have been to Lisbon many times. This Hotel was AMAZING. Everything from our room, to the view to the wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms are modern and beautiful with windows showing the beautiful city. Highly recommend!

Great location, service and design . Friendly staff, everyone speaks English

The location and staff are really fantastic. The hotel is new and posh and the room was very clean and beautiful. The staff went far and beyond to assist us. The downside was that our room was one of the few rooms that the underground train goes under and everything shook like an earthquake. There were no rooms left so they moved us to their sister property next door, that was an older building but we had a larger room with a great view. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating that despite our room I will still rate the hotel as a 5 star because of the overall experience. Both hotels are very nice and the rooftop bar is the best in the city.

It was the best as always some of the light bulbs were out but no big deal Loved the food the staff everything was top notch will stay again next year

This hotel is quite gorgeous but staying here caused a lot of inexplicable anxiety. And I hope I can leave here in good health and one piece tomorrow. Front desk : Need improvement. When that piece of solid wood came crashing down their attitude was oh well sorry tough luck. Your room is locked and not ready for you on the second night oh well tough luck sorry. Location: Convenient but sketchy Room: Rumbles with every tram, that is 1x/15 minutes and it's not just the noise you can physically feel the ground vibrate. Slippery bathroom not suitable for those under 5’6 Amenities: This is the only 4 star hotel I've been in (and I've been in quite a few) that does not offer tea or coffee in the room without a charge..and no water except the first night Housekeeping: My changed room was promised to me at 2PM and it was not ready at 5PM so while I was adjusting jet lag. I had no room. In room safety: A piece of solid wood came crashing down from 6 ft above almost on my person. Staff said could be maintenance person forgot to lock the panel... panel was fine last night and I've had no maintenance requests which warrants the unlocking of the panel. The good: Bed is comfy. Breakfast was amazing with wonderful dining room staff. And honey served from a real honey comb. It's beautiful but just.... feels very uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel. Would not stay again.

Can not say enough about this hotel - what a find! The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, it's beautiful, the room was amazing, especially for the very reasonable price. The location is great, there is parking in a garage, a grocery very near, the food outstanding!! We only stayed for one night because we were driving to another city, but booked the room for the end of our trip as well.

Very nice hotel and see staff, just be careful getting out of the shower. The bathroom floor is very slippery. I feel and badly hurt my shoulder.

Very very nice and clean hotel. Surprised all facilities and services! Highly highly recommend this hotel !!

Great place to stay. Will stay again in future. Staff and facilities were excellent.

Top notch starting with the welcoming staff at check-in, to well appointed room and generous breakfast buffet.

My husband and I spent three nights here on our honeymoon and loved this hotel! Great location, off a side street but close to everything. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was so helpful. On our first night they sent up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as a honeymoon treat! The bathroom was massive and beautiful. The only downside was that the wifi was weak. But that didn't stop us from loving this hotel.

Lovely hotel in Lisbon with a great breakfast (wide variety of choices). The location is within walking distance of several sights and the free parking is a great perk. Comfortable bed and very clean.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Portugal. Beautiful, well-designed and unusually large room. Bathroom is HUGE with two sinks, tub (with shower) and a separate shower stall. All staff were very professional and easy to talk with - even helped us practice our Portuguese (without laughing at us). Perfect location with easy access to Rossio train station, metro and all the major sights. Outstanding breakfast buffet. One note, hotel laundry service is expensive but we discovered a coin operated Laundromat just around the corner.

the best location to discover Lisbon, walking distance to major historic places, restaurants, public transport. Rooms are very nice decorated and in great shape, very confortable. breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpfull at all times

The location is very good. The breakfast & the staff was very satisfactory.
