Comfortable and very clean room with great bed (firm mattress), working refrigerator, flat screen TV, spacious bathroom, hot water. Great lobby area. Nice reception area staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is great located and beautiful.

Easy to find in the one of the best spots in Lisbon, near of central train stations and only 6 euros of taxi to take me to the airport. Recommended to any one , you have great 4 star hotel for a excellence rate.

After a busy day and a 3 hour flight, it was nice this hotel is relatively close to the airport. It's almost common that an apt taxidriver wants to rip you off, by charging 'extras'. Be ware and do not pay. other price. Now the room, lots of scratches on the wooden floor and damaged clothroomdoors. The room was clean. After an hour the airco did very little to let the temperature drop. I remark to the reception first have an emplyee check the system and after 30 minutes have the result that there was a problem. I had to ask myself for another room. The receptionist was not very interested and did my complaint about this atitude. The receptionist was not very impresed and without an excuse I could move all my baggage into the new room. Luckely Lisbon has lots of good hotels, especially I like the Accorhotels.

The hotel is located in the Expo area, which is a 25 minute bus ride/15 min cab ride away from the "Old town" (Baixa), and a good 45 mins away from Belem via train. Expo area is the new side of the city which was built for the world expo in 1998 and is very modern, has lots of cafes and restaurants, younger crowd, and is right on the water. The hotel was within a walking distant of the water front, Lisbon oceanarium, Arte Lisboa, and a 5 Euro cab ride away from the airport. Great location, it was a great deal for $80! The only shortcoming was the staff...they can be a little short and unhelpful at times. Internet is not complimentary!

I attended an international conference in the nearby Atlantico conference center. The hotel is located In a mixed residential -business neighborhood in the northern part of Lisbon. It is about 10-15 min walking distance from the Atlantico and the Oriente transportation and shopping center. It was a convenient place to stay, although the facilities , bathroom , TV are a bit fading ,but the bed was comfortable and after a long working day it was an excellent place to rest.

The selling point of this location for me was its proximity (5 minute walking distance) to the Atlantic Pavilion, where I was attending an event. In that regard, it met my expectations. In many regards though, particularly customer service-related aspects, this hotel needs a lot of work. Rooms are spare. I needed to write a quick note, and realized that the room had neither pens nor paper. Traveling with electronic equipment, as we now nearly all do, I'd hoped to charge from the room, but there was no international adapter provided (I travel about 3 months of the year internationally through Asia, Pacific, Africa and Europe and adapters in the rooms of decent hotels are now pretty standard). Not a problem, I figured, I'd just get one from the front desk. They didn't have them and the person I spoke with couldn't point me in the direction of the nearest store from which to buy one. The property has no gym, and again, the hotel staff wasn't very helpful in finding one in the area. I had to sort this out on my own also. Finally, I'd wanted to mail postcards, but was told that the front desk didn't sell postage. Really? Minor details possibly, but when they aren't met, these things quickly become annoyances that take time out of your day. In terms of cleanliness, the room was serviced by housekeeping well and the room was clean.

The Hotel was full and I had a very early arrival as I was traveling international from the US. The normal check-in is around 3PM and I arrived around 8AM. They were kind enough to supply complimentary wi-fi access for me to start working. In addition they kept an eye on checkouts and immediately cleaned and organized a room so I would not have to wait. I was very tired at that point. This is an excellent hotel for the business traveller near the water and airport. Approximately a 7,00 Euro taxi to the hotel and about 10,00 euros to old Lisbon.

short saty but very nice, i did enjoy it, nice new hotel, nice location as well

Great location if you have to catch an early morning flight from Airport, otherwise skip it. Air conditioning did not work, bed was hard and uncomfortable, amenities lacking. The oddest thing is that some rooms have a hugh concrete pillar cutting across the windows that takes up a quarter of the room. Worst hotel room design I have ever seen.

We stayed at the VIP Exec at the beginning of May and it was great--clean and comfy. We stayed again at the end of the month and were given a room next to the light rail transit so a might noisy those 2 nights. Staff was extremely helpful but did forget to give us our wake-up call for the airport! Didn't call until the taxi arrived...so 5 minutes to get ready and rush out! A bit of a harried departure!
