AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I stayed for 3 days at the H10 Duque in Lisbon. I was extremely disappointed with the extremely loud noise, lack of service, etc. I arrived to a cold reception, cold room. The robes were scratchy and uncomfortable, the coffee machine ran over, the rooftop bar was closed without warning or notice or compensation (it was a big reason I booked the hotel), I could hear my neighbors clearly and it was as if their every move was in my own room and the sound from the drilling, early morning, was unbearable. The manager would not even get on the phone. My travel agency couldn’t get them on the phone, either. Horrible sleep, terrible stay. Don’t look for a spa or special amenities other than the rooftop bar that is small and could be closed. No compensation or even apology.

Excellent view of the city, rooms we’re clean, drinks we’re good

Great rooftop! Beautiful view! Pretty rooms, good breakfast, nice shower

We booked a superior double room, which on the website has an armchair and window seat, but were given a room without these, directly next to the rooftop bar. Plates didn't stop clattering until 2am. After complaining we were moved to a much quieter room that did have the extra seating that had accommodations for handicapped guests. Honestly I can't believe that anyone could sleep comfortably in the bar-adjacent room; they shouldn't be renting it at all. I found the pillows that were on the bed incredibly unyielding; make sure to avail yourself of the pillow menu to get better ones. And do not under any circumstances order the tuna sandwich from the bar...much too salty and seemed cooked from frozen. Overall a disappointing stay in a visually appealing hotel.

It is a lovely hotel, right at the airport in Paris, we were happy with it. The hotel is new so a few things were not working just right. The bathroom door could not shut, it seems it needed to have more taken off. The other thing I was not crazy about is the toilet is in one room near the entrance and the sink and shower were in another room near our bed. The staff was lovely and I would stay again. Maggie

We booked for one night on Orbitz. Decided to extend our stay for an extra night and they gave us a repeat of the Orbitz rate, much lower than the walk-in rate.

Travelling for business so chosen because of central location. But the hotel is extremely comfortable for any type of traveller. Glass of cava on checkin, the breakfast offering is extensive and all the hot dishes are a la carte (included in the breakfast) so the food arrives hot and fresh (unlike some other hotels, where cold scrmabled eggs sit under a heat lamp for long periods). Service from the staff was excellent, but also consistent friendly and helpful among all my interactions during a 6-night stay. Do not miss a stop at the Balcão de Marques bakery, a block from the hotel. They won the prize of best Pasteis de nata a few years ago and have indeed been my favourite pasteis during my stay in lisbon

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the H10 in Lisbon. The hotel is well kept from staff, decor, food, service etc.... it's convenitely located but on a nice quiet block away from the touristy areas. I would stay again next time I'm in Lisbon.

This is the type of hotel you literally dream about. The pictures don't do it justice. After a crazy 7 hour delay and lost luggage, I arrived after midnight. I was greeted by friendly staff and welcome champagne! That's about what I needed after the crazy airport delays and hassles. Once I opened the door to my room, I was taken aback at how stunning the decor was. It was my dream room with a slanted ceiling adding character and charm. Opening the doors to the closet I found the espresso coffee maker. The management had left a famous Portuguese custard tart with a personal note on the desk top. The view from the room was refreshing as was the view from the 10th floor rooftop. The room was fully tiled with a black and white theme. Stunning room, bathroom, views, and the designs throughout the hallways, elevator, and especially the lobby floor restaurant had tastefully done. I absolutely will be back! I took lots of pictures, but not able to post. The hotel looks even better than the pictures posted online. It's a must see!

Nice hotel with good staff and great location. I recomend

beautiful rooms, tile and furniture. We had very attentive staff, and a sparkling clean room. The bathroom was fully tiled, with soft slippers and robes available
