The contactless service and communications were amazing. the proprty is located next door to a grocery store and between 2 metro stations. The kitchenette was super functional for what we needed.

Numa Lisbon Rato was a lovely building, the apartments were great, clean, high quality. The area was nearby good food/drink locations and a 2 supermarkets a couple minutes away. Multiple transport options nearby or can walk to the centre of Lisbon in 20-25 minutes. However, my biggest issue is the air con, even though it's turned on you can't feel it and have no control over it. It wasn't warm in Lisbon 15-20 degrees but the room was still warm. I would not stay here during the peak of summer weather

I stayed at Numa rato from Nov 10 to 19th while my booking was from 10th to 23rd , had to checkout 4 days earlier because of a personal emergency. Numa is a fully self service concept , room was nice and clean but my stay was a bit longer and had to manage the cleaning etc myself. Also Numa showed no mercy in accomodating my emergency request for leaving early and charged me for entire two weeks until 23rd instead of 19th.

Buena estancia

La estancia en si bastante buena, la limpieza y ubicación muy buenos, el desayuno es en el hotel de enfrente pero la calidad muy alta. Quizás un poco frío el no tener interlocutor físico para solucionar problemas. Los baños no están indicados y después de un viaje largo y tener las claves de acceso al hotel. Tardar 10 minutos en encontrar unos baños dando vueltas por todo el hotel no es agradable.

Numa hôtel

Vraiment un bon hôtel, trop bien organisé. Il y a des codes pour rentrer, c’est génial parce tout le monde peut rentrer dans la chambre sans attendre celui qui a les clés. Très très propre, bien entretenu, petit déjeuné juste à l’hôtel en face, riche et très bon. Connexion optimale , partage de connexion avec la télévision juste super! Le service offert est très très bien! Position ok, à côté des restaurants et supermarchés, à 15 min du centre, zone tranquille. Vraiment une belle surprise!
