A solid choice in a good location. However, there was a really loud pump in the bathroom that kicked in when you used any water in the bathroom. Signage getting you to the reception was lacking too - the building has multiple floors, but there is no indication of where to find reception.

Was a little concerned when we pulled up in front which looked like an old doorway from the poorest section . Never stayed in a guest house before so was not prepared for that but the rooms were very nice. Clean and good breakfast. Personnel was excellent. We had a good stay.

Check in was easy, Wes is so friendly. We needed an extra douvet and we got it straight away :). The only thing is that breakfast options are limited with only a couple of options, but that's understandable.

Don't stay there!

It was the worst place to stay ever! Whenever the hot water is turned on or I flush the toilet, there is a really loud noise! I didn't have any hot water in the shower on the first day! Most annoying. There isn't a wardrobe, only ONE shelf fixed high up on the wall; the second shelf had the room safe on it! I had to leave my clothes on the bed. A strange ring-like 'key' is used to open the doors. Haven't they heard of key cards or electronic keys via the phone??? The reception is only open from 2-4pm, not 8.00am -4pm as advertised on the website. With such problems I had, there was nobody on site to help me! I've travelled widely, but this is the first time I 've had such horrible service! This situation has even affected my impression of Lisbon. I definitely DON'T recommend the Le Premiere Lisbon Suites!

Der Eingang ist schwer zu finden, Das Treppenhaus ist schmutzig. Im Guesthouse ist es ordentlich, aber nachts wegen des Straßenlärmes laut.

L'apparence a ses limites, on entre dans un immeuble ancien tres beau, quand la personne est là pour vous accueillir. Au deuxième se trouve l'hotel, porte avec code, super! Sauf quand elle se bloque dès la première utilisation. Le support de la douchette est cassé, l'abattant des toilettes me vient dans la main quand je l'ouvre. Et parlons aussi des sanibroyeurs qui font énormément de bruit à chaque utilisation du robinet, de la chasse d'eau et de la douche. Une des fenêtres ne ferme plus la poignée étant cassée, donc on entend très bien le bruit de la rue. Le petit déjeuner, c'est le minimum, pour un tarif à 135 euros la nuitée.
