This cozy apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you have an extra bedroom with two single beds.

Note: the resting periods and the co-habitation rules must be respected

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Lisbon for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.


The apartment is situated in the historical city center, more precisely in the Principe Real neighborhood. Presently it is one of Lisbon’s most expensive areas, not only for its centrality in relation to various points of town, but also for the great variety of cultural, commercial, and night experiences it offers. It’s a fancy part of town, surrounded by the most important and typical Lisbon neighborhoods: Castelo, Alfama, Baixa e Chiado.
This whole area is within a comfortable walking distance from the apartment. Fado houses, amazing sights, historical monuments, imperial plazas… are located close to the apartment.
With a very intense commercial life, restaurants, cafes, esplanades, supermarkets and ATMs are frequent. You are in the ideal neighborhood to get a feel for the city’s authentic character. You will feel like a local strolling through the streets of Lisbon.
Visit the Principe Real gardens, within 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, and relax in one of its recent remodeled kiosks. In the same street enjoy and visit a beautiful and emblematic pub, called the Pavilhão Chinês. For the day, we suggest a visit to church Igreja de São Roque, 5 minutes from the apartment, to the Miradouro São Pedro de Alcantara (sightseeing point), with a superb view over the city, a visit to Rossio’s imperial plaza, only 7 minutes away, among other things…
Similarly, Chiado, within 5 minutes walking from the apartment, is an area filled with up-and-coming commerce, traditional pastry shops, bookstores, where in just a few minutes you will feel the vibe of this dynamic European capital. Anything you need can be found here…
Transports
The emblematic Eléctrico 28’s (cable car 28) route passes by close to the apartment. The Baixa/Chiado Metro station is within 10 minutes on foot, connecting you to the whole city. Additionally, it is very easy to catch a cab on the street outside the apartment.
