With a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, this unit accommodates up to 4, and the unit features a walk in shower. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances, and a small dining table for an oceanfront dining experience. Adventure is right outside your door at D Sands!



The Space:

Unit 109 is a privately owned studio condo that offers picture-worthy ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio right next to an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. With a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, this unit accommodates up to 4, and the unit features a walk in shower. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances, and a small dining table for an oceanfront dining experience. Adventure is right outside your door at D Sands!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.
