Decent Stay
The property was pretty well maintained. The check in was simple and beach access was close. The bathrooms did not provide any hand soap, the floors were dirty and sandy, a lot of the cookware was falling apart. The worst part was there were 2 full garbage bins left in the garage and the whole house stunk like rotting garage all weekend. Garbage day was Wednesday and we arrived Thursday so I do not know how this could have been missed.

Great place to stay on the coast
This place is just as advertised. A block from the beach in Lincoln City so it’s close to Newport, Yachats, Tillamook etc. the apartment itself is up to date, well furnished. I love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. All in all it was perfect for our needs. Be aware that it does require a bit of stair climbing which is not a problem for us. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to perhaps provide a book with resources, restaurant recommendations, and other “FAQ’s”. We would definitely stay here again.
