Bien placé mais à améliorer pour l'accueil de 4 personnes

Logement de prime abord très joli mais avec de nombreux défauts : - RDC donnant sur une route heureusement peu passante mais avec les uniques fenêtres du logement côté cuisine sans rideaux donc on est obligé de vivre volet baissé - pour 4, il n'y a que 3 chaises hautes avec un coin repas style bar où on ne peut pas glisser ses jambes en dessous car c'est un meuble de rangement ! Du coup à 4, on prend le petit déjeuner à tour de role et on mange de biais ! Donc on ne déjeune ni ne dîne à l'appartement ! L'intérêt d'avoir une cuisine aussi grande laisse dubitatif. - toilettes basées sur un système sanibroyeur qu'on ne peut mettre en route la nuit au risque de réveiller tout le monde !! - problème d'éclairage ,: quand on allume les toilettes, on allume le dressing et la salle de bain qui donnent directement sur la seule chambre. Donc la nuit, faut aller aux toilettes avec l'éclairage de son téléphone - évacuation de l'eau du lavabo et de la douche qui fonctionne très mal. On laisse du temps entre chaque douche pour laisser le temps de l'évacuation et on fait couler un tout petit filet d'eau au lavabo. Bonne solution pour réduire l'usage de l'eau !! - ventilation très faible. Si on etend du linge, il faut 2 jours pour faire sécher. Et en mettant l'étendoir dans le salon !! - côté murs et plafond, les peintures ne sont forcément pas terminées ! C'est dommage de vouloir faire de la location avec un logement dont les travaux ne sont pas finis.
