It was absolutely beautiful inside. The beds were amazingly comfy. You sunk right in them and didnt want to move! The breakfast bar they had was convenient. AlThe atmosphere of the place just felt like home. I loved this place and would stay there again.

Room was dated but clean. Only 1 elevator in the hotel and it was out of service upon arrival- we were on the 4th floor with luggage. It was SUPER loud due to many tournaments happening in the area- which was not the hotels fault but as result we couldn't enjoy any amenities as they were taken over by these large bookings- this hotel seems to be popular for families. I don't suggest booking a pool view if you want to relax. Overall a clean room with a decent price.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. Layout was impressive. Clean room except it was 60 degrees and 23 outside. There was no comforter or warm blankets. It was a cold sleep. All else was very good.

Open check in we had to switch rooms , 1st room both beds were dirty, 2nd room was also dirty , stains on bed , many hairs , dust at multiple locations in room. Some kind of bug crawling on 1 bed which we caught and brought to front desk. They told us there was nothing they could do because we booked through a 3rd party. ( hotels.com) this hotel shouldn’t be rated 9/10 on hotels app
