We were terribly disappointed to arrive at our suite at about 4am in the morning to find it dirty. House manager showed up at 5:30 after we were told she would come around 8 or 9. We had just laid down to rest! She changed the sheets and cleaned the bathroom. Came back with someone to help and that person had a horrible attitude! Was returned $300 as an apology.
