I’d stayed just one night. Clean room, good service, and great breakfast. It included eggs, potato, sausages, pancakes, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels and some fruit to choose from. If you need a decent place to stay and a good breakfast to start the next day that not hurt your pocket, this is the place. It’s really outdated, but a bargain also. I had only one problem, I couldn’t adjust the heating in my room, it was a bit too hot, and my sleep wasn’t quite comfortable.
This Travelodge hotel was value for money. Breakffast was superior to other hotels we visited in the past. It would help if there was a list of TV channels in the room
We received a warm welcome at the front desk and found our room clean and comfortable with a lovely updated bathroom and shower/tub. It was nice to be able to have a decent bite to eat right in the lounge without having to go outside in the -35C weather. The bed was very comfy. Our only complaint was the hotel had not had their rear parking lot (where we needed to park because we were towing a small trailer and needed to plug in because of the brutal cold) cleared of any of the prior few days snowfall so it was knee deep in snow. Thankfully it was light and fluffy and we did not get stuck, but we did get wet feet from the deep snow. Otherwise a great stay and we would certainly use the Lethbridge Travelodge again another time.
Good breakfast, price was nice but too high for quality you receive. The manager was nice. He has some strange rules about no dogs and he won’t let service dogs in if they’re visiting. We booked over Christmas and there was lots of fights with out hotel guests fighting.
It's been a rough week. I left Toronto on boxing day after visiting my parents for Christmas and while fishing for my gloves at a gas station in Sarnia I lost my wallet. I didn't realize that until Chicago though, by which time I didn't have enough gas to get back to Canada. Smart cookie I am I used an emergency prepaid credit card to buy enough gas to make it to Winnipeg as per my original plan. Finally getting home to Alberta I breathed a sigh of relief. The roads were rough but I've seen worse so I kept driving through the snow. That is - until the engine began to suck snow and proceeded to seize up leaving me stranded in -20 °C. I managed to get a tow to Lethbridge but had no credit card - just a bit of cash. I thought I was doomed, but the night duty staff at Travelodge Lethbridge gave me a cash rate on a clean warm room and waived the room deposit - which requires a credit card (mine was burried under slush in Ontario). Thank you guys so much. Everything else is still messed up, but at least I'm alive thanks to you.
The stay was good. Had stayed at this location a number of years ago with not a good stay and it has been renovated and is much improved
Staff are very friendly. The restaurant is handy and the food is good. Room is updated and clean. Good value for the dollar.
Staff was friendly and room was clean and price was great but the breakfast was terrible... sausages tasted awful and the scrambled eggs were almost empty and not great. Also a very noisy neighbour - all night and showering at 3:00 AM, tho not the hotel's fault!
This is a great hotel located on Mayor Magrath Dr, Lethbridge, Alberts. The hotel staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make one feel comfortable. The room is newly renovated and the bed comfort was very good. I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the continental breakfast with hot food was very good. I definitely would return to this hotel on future trips to Lethbridge, Alberta.
The hotel itself isn't horrible. The rooms are fairly clean, but the beds are pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning has some warm items like scrambled eggs and sausage, so that's cool too. But the service here sucks. The older fella at the front desk is amazing. Super nice guy and always visible. The 2 guys who work nights though (Preat?) are NEVER around. You can stand at the front desk, wave your hands near the security camera, and even phone the front desk while you're there, but no one will come. Pretty crap service if you're in need of something anytime after 6pm. Lots of sketchy people outside wandering around the hotel. The only bonus to staying here is that there's an AMAZING sushi place attached, called Dono Sushi. Really great service and surprisingly good sushi for what you would guess Lethbridge could offer.
