The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing! The only major issue was that the room we had smelled like smoke, despite no smoking signs. We didn't have another place to go, and using the air conditioning helped. Having allergies, this was a definite issue and booking online made it impossible to get a discount from the hotel.

Check in was a joke. We were three deep and nothing happened quickly. All three bookings were having issues in one way or another, staff seemed inept. We had booked a ground level room because of my wife's hip surgery. We didn't get a ground level room and she had to deal with the stairs. No one (including Expedia) seemed to care.

I found the property to be very clean and well-appointed for the price. The train noises all night are a problem. So are the semis and truck/trailers moving around in the parking lot in the wee hours. The hotel did not seem full yet we were on the back side with noisy workers on one side and people stomping above.

Nice hotel for the area. Price was good and the room was clean although could use a touch up. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the coffee machine in the room. I was surprised by the train blowing its whistle at 4 am but that’s not the hotel’s fault! I would stay here again.
