Great pool and slide Lots of variety in continental breakfast
We were treated excellently and the hotel was located right in the middle of the Electric Eye concert venues. Would love to stay there again.
The swimming pool was the high lite, the kids loved it.. Breakfast was nice, the rooms a bit small but we managed.
This was just a rest stop on a 16 hr. drive so we were looking for a comfy bed in quiet room. What we got was a tiny room with a soft mattress that wobbled every time either of us rolled over. We were on the first floor and were awakened at 3 am by people checking into the room above us. Very ineffective sound-proofing. In general the hotel was old and getting seedy, it looks much better in the photos. Would have been OK value at half the price so long as no one checked in late.
Our stay was in late July and the outside temperature was hot. The air con in the room was off when we entered mid afternoon and we turned it on max - but the air con could not keep up. It took several hours for the room to cool down but once it cooled it stayed cool for the duration of our stay.
