La publicidad del hotel muestra 3 tipos de habitación, la habitación que me asignaron distaba muchísimo de ser la habitación Deluxe double room que pagué. No tenía frigobar, no tenía escritorio, el aire acondicionado tiraba agua, la taza de baño tiraba agua, el lavamanos del baño tiraba agua. Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación y en la nueva que si estaba un poco mejor, tampoco tenía frigobar, la tele es muy vieja, la silla del escritorio estaba muy deteriorada. En general lo que salvó mi estancia fue el servicio del personal que es de primera. Por cierto me comentaron que el inconveniente de la habitación inicial fue porque expedía.com sobre vendió las habitaciones. Muy muy molesto que me encuentro al respecto.

Es el hotel de la Policía y no da confianza dormir ahí porque duermes rodeado de 400 patrullas con 500 policías a tu lado en todas las habitaciones

Las instalaciones del hotel está en buenas condiciones, sin embargo durante nuestra estancia falló el elevador y tuve que tomar las escaleras hasta el 4to piso. Lo complicado fue que estaba lesionada de la pierna y fue difícil subir y bajar y no había otra alternativa para hacerlo.

Great location, close to the airport and close to the center of the city. very clean property, beautiful ceiling made of bricks, in the middle of the hotel. The only thing. We did not had, was hot water in our room. But staff was fast and efficient to help us out. Staff was great!! Housekeeping service was excellent. Thank you! Hope to see you soon.

The only thing that was negative was the fact that the hotel is not disability or wheelchair accessible.

I would have given them a better rating, if a few things would have been better. First they gave us rooms that were not ready. Seems like it was a miscommunication. Second they changed the rooms , however they had no elevator and my mother was in a wheelchair. No ramps. It was so hard to get her into the room. Not wheelchair friendly. So I would recommend just for people with no disability issues. Other than that, house person was nice and able to best accommodate us.
