Very nice clean hotel. Would stay here again. Front desk woman initially said my orbitz checkin was only holding the room and i needed paymebt. Had to show all dialogue with orbitz and it was fixed as i had already paid.

i went for 2 nights and i had a wondurful , evreything was find i reccomend this hotel

The service, amenities, and comfort were all excellent. When I arrived, the[...] reservation had not yet appeared in their system. Nevertheless, they gave me room and in the morning, when I checked out the reservation had been cleared. The room was spotless and comfortable and the internet worked like a charm!! [...]

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Lounge and restaurant were high class. Nice pool. Friendly staff,well dressed and helpfull when they could understand my broken spanish. Restaurant price very high. Elevator was out of order several times. Staff did not know what a washcloth is even when asked for by my mexican guide.
