Pros: - location, close to the events and restaurants - pool is nice - room space is good Cons: - service in the front desk and restaurant not that good, employees seems unprepared - clean: i saw some live cockroaches in the elevator and in my floor walking around. This is unacceptable.

We were attending a show right next door. This hotel was very convenient. We could walk right to the Poliforum, which is attached to the hotel. Many great restaurants are within easy distance to the hotel. Great breakfast at the hotel.

Being a Marriott faithful, I have favored this hotel for business over the past two years until now. $708USD tax included / night isn’t worth it. Any explanation I received about this rate simply doesn’t answer why. The only word I find is Greediness. Or anyone can explain why loyal customers are given that rate only because the hotel is full. Mind me remind them the loyal guests are the ones who support the hotel business when the occupancy is low. But If you face the “hotel is booked” situation and can’t get into this hotel you may want to consider the Hotsson hotel with excellent location and good Italian and steak house nearby. The Hampton Inn is also another option. You will enjoy the Hottson, it is way nicer. Hotsson has also a hotel in the Silao area. But if you are Marriott loyal, good news. A brand new Fairfield Inn and Suites just opened up at the Puerto Interior Silao area. This is between the airport and Leon. This area has developed nicely and has now good restaurants and some other hotels. The rooms are nice, suite style. But if you score a room at the Courtyard Leon try tortilla soup, it is probably the most delicious item in the menu. A little spicy but really good. Waiters at this location make the difference. Marco, Angel, and Ezequiel would make sure your experience is the best. At the reception desk Brenda and Giovanni are the best. The rest of the team do a decent and professional job although it doesn’t feel genuine, that extra thing that makes the difference. I, like some other of my fellow coworkers have seen this repetitive “overbook and expensive” situation and have started supporting other businesses who appreciate loyal customers like us. Good luck and hopefully you were able to get guests paying $708 USD for one night.

Very functional and spacious rooms. Great AC, WiFi and soundproofing. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Great security and connected to the polyforum meeting space. The one area of improvement is the restaurant, where service is a bit slow. Overall great place to stay!

Had an expo at the poliforum and this hotel was on the same premises so work reserved a room for me here. The rooms have a lot of space and the beds are comfortable. We were very well treated upon arrival and check in. I had room service for dinner and all was good. I really recommend this hotel.

Had to spent 2 nights for business and have to say that this courtyard by Marriott is one of the best I ever had. Staff is friendly, rooms are reasonable big, bathroom is convenient. Breakfast buffet could be better from my point of view. In one word I can recommend as the price seems to be reasonable. If you are looking for really quiet rooms ask for one not on the road side.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this brand and it’s location here in Leon. The breakfast buffet is good and reasonably priced. There’s a lot to do all around the area and it’s safe.

As soon as you pull up at the entrance and the friendly, smiling doorman say hello you instantly feel like you are home. Every single staff member goes out of their way to greet you ask if there is something they can assist you with and 2 of the best at this are Monse and Tania who truly made our stay a special one.

Great hotel to stay in after a long day of walking and one too many Tequila's! I originally booked a King size bedroom for 2 adults because there were no 2 double or queen size bedroom left. So I thought I was going to request for a roll in bed during check in, in surprise we were able to check in to a 2 queen size bed room. So two thumbs up!

Stayed 1 night last week due to a wedding happening on the weekend. The hotel itself is very nice , however it can be slightly confusing as it is "mixed" with the polyforum.. so if you arrive by car you have to park in the polyforum parking place. I got a room in level 9 which was very nice and clean. I didn't not try the restaurant/ bar but I did have a look at the menu which seemed reasonably priced. To sum up, very nicely located (1 min to the soccer stadium) , ok pool, nice staff.
