We love this property. James at the front desk is amazing! Be sure to ask for him when you stay at this hotel if you want to know good places to go and eat tacos. He is a wealth of knowledge! He speaks Spanish and English! We will always book this hotel.
Four of us stayed in a room, but were only allowed two towels. We requested two additional towels and they told us they couldn’t give us any additional towels because they were short in towels. We requested to have a pillow exchanged because it looked yellow and they said the same thing, it was all they had because they were short with pillows.
It was our first visit at this property and we can’t wait to return. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the property is located in a close to many points of interest.
