Overall I think this is a good hotel and I had a good time here. Nevertheless, there are some major issues to address and some minor issues that I`d like to comment. First, at any time I only saw one clerk at the reception so it can be a little slow to get to the front desk. Second, the gym is very old and although they have 4 cardio machines, only one is plugged so you can only use the treadmill. Also, the training machine and the weight rack is rather old and needs maintenance, it is useable but it makes a lot of noises so you´ll notice a variety of creeks and clancks through your workout. Third, the buffet is very good, has a lot of options end good flavor but it is made specifically for Mexicans and even some Mexicans would find it hard to digest, the food is spicy and very hot, although the flavor was very tasty the chili was way too hot and that took a toll on our stomachs later on The rooms are well furnished and have good amenities nevertheless the shower is very difficult to regulate and we ended up making a mess in the bathroom and waisting a lot of water until we could get a decent temperature and flow in order to shower. On the minor issues, we found annoying that the lights over the bed are very bright and are placed directly over your line of sight which makes it impossible to stare upwards while lying in bed. finally, we never understood the theme of the hotel since it is a mixture of modern decoration with very old hacienda type motives, also the clerks and waiters are dressed as ranchers but the restaurant is furnished in a very modern/fancy fashion

A few days ago I arrived to this hotel; booking was too slow (about 15 minutes); after that, the hotel is comfortable, clean but some areas are under repair. The next day, just before my departure, I found a huge roach at the lobby. Was it trying to book in?

Rooms are clean and big, very comfortable. Breakfast self service is great, and you can choose one of the 3 restaurants inside for dinner. Restaurant Ma Come No is excellent (tuna is wonderful). It is in the city center.

Hotel do not look bad. But we had a bad experience. First room smell bad with high humidity and then change us to a room infront of the reception. Too noisy. Rooms are average could find better for the price. The restaurant beside was a great option.

We had to go and work and when we arrived to the hotel the staff was waiting for us. And this was a nice detail. Very friendly staff, the rooms were full with amenities and also they were very clean. Nice experience.

The lobby and public areas are nicely decorated with very original style. Rooms are large with basic facilities, bath, coffee machine. The gym is basic, and there is an outside pool; All rooms are arranged on two floors around the pool patio. Mondays the breakfast is à la carte at the restaurant, other days a buffet breakfast is served in the main area. Staff is friendly. The restaurant is Italian and quite good but not cheap.

I stayed here a few times now. The standard and quality of the rooms varies quite a lot. They are always clean but sometimes require maintenance ie a leaking air conditioner, a broken toilet seat, etc. The rooms can be a little dark and damp smelling, and depending on where you're situated and what events are on, noisy. If you don't want a buffet breakfast, head to the restaurant and go a la carte

I stayed here because I came to Leon as a wedding guest and this is the Hotel that is in the registry. Even I could only got a night (I was looking forward to stay 2) I felt I was in some 5 star hotel. It has an outdoor pool, restaurant, conference rooms and it is just at the heart of the city. I got early check-in and late check-out and food doea really deserve an award.

staff was friendly and helpful with requests. place was clean. A little outdated and air conditioner did not work, however not too hot so it was ok. . Good food from room service quick and very tasty. linens were nice and bathroom was clean.

Just stayed here for 4 weeks, I would highly recommend this for any type of stay all the staff are very friendly the rooms are clean may be a little dated but well maintained very good breakfast buffet plenty of choices hot or cold. The pool area gets very hot so plenty of sun cream required. Thank you to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend it to anyone in Leon
