Staff was very attentive to our needs and accommodating in every detail. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. I will say that the side of the tub may have been a little high to step in for a short person and/or elderly but other than that the location was right next door to the train central station so there was easy access to and from the hotel to anywhere we wanted to go. Walking distance to central Den Haag and all the fine shopping and restaurants. GREAT VISIT. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was situated in a great area. Easily accessible to everything. The staff went over and beyond all the way from the front desk clerks to the waiters in the Barr. Top notch.
