Every mattress and all bedding are brand new and ultra-cozy, so you can truly settle in. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, private en-suite bathroom, and generous his-and-her closets—great for longer stays with plenty of storage. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom is kid-friendly with a full-over-twin bunk bed and a Wii gaming system.
Designed for extended living, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry room, and 2-car garage, making day-to-day life easy and comfortable. A Pack ’n Play is always available, making longer stays with little ones stress-free.
Easy self check-in with an onsite lockbox allows flexible arrival times, so you can keep your own schedule without hassle.

For health reasons, no pets are allowed due to a severe allergy—thank you for understanding.

Not senior friendly. 13 stairs to climb up and down. No restroom downstairs. Difficult to take luggage. Animal hair on couch. Both master and other bedroom had tv's unplugged. Had difficulty with plugs tangled behind the dresser. Towels well used. Would suggest commercial laundry service for linens and towels. Otherwise the location and house itself was nice. I would recommend to families with no seniors.

Beautiful Townhome, but...
The townhome is new and beautiful and the location is great. There were a few little things that need improvement... some of which include: master bath needs a trash can & hair dryer. The outlet in the master bath didn't work. Cleanliness of bath towels also needed attention. Property management was quick to respond to our concern about the garage door not closing properly. Overall a good experience.

Great proximity to Primary Children Hospital, Lehi
Accommodations for a family of seven, traveling from out of state for a child's surgery. This accomodations cut the hotel budget in half. What a relief to find a place with good access to grocery shopping and a short drive to the children's hospital. Made the experience much softer for the entire family. Lovely views in a beautiful neighborhood of townhouses. Hosta have the place stocked with everything a family might need, extra blankets, pillows, movies, etc
