Friendly staff both night & morning. Room was excellent. However, I do think an upgrade to double ply toilet tissue would be lovely (it was double ply at the rest stop after all). We decided on 4 stars because there was no complimentary breakfast:( For a hotel that would seem to cater to road weary travelers, the complimentary breakfast is always a nice amenity.
