Breakfast was good. The first room they put me in had not been cleaned. There was hair all over the bathtub and bathroom floor. They moved me to their last open room and the couch had animal hair all over it, which I am allergic to. In the morning, someone on my floor was smoking heavily and the smell was coming into my room and filled the hallway. I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke. So overall, it was a disappointing and stressful experience that was bad for my health, when what I needed was to relax and rest. (I was in Utah for medical appointments, to resolve some chronic and debilitating health issues and this experience complicated them.)

Tv in the room wouldn’t work right, staff tried to fix but it kept freezing, shutting iff

Sweet tits , awesome location , sweet tits boyoo!!

The hotel does not have good soundproof in the rooms. I could hear upstairs somebody walking. Next room somebody opening, washing even having sex. It was a bit awkward. Did not like the experience in the night with all the noises from all the other rooms I can hear

The front desk was great! They were so nice and had a crib ready for us and let us check out a little later which was very very helpful. We also love Springhill suites because we have a lot of kids and they are very accommodating. We've talked to other people with lots of kids who stay only at these hotels. We stayed in a high end hotel brand that made our stay with kids awful. So we appreciate it a lot. The only improvement I would make is a later breakfast! Sometimes we arrive really late to a destination and having everyone up and ready to eat before 9am is difficult. They were clearing breakfast food out from under us at 9am. I'd say it needs do stay open until 10 to give night travelers a little more time.

I asked for a red wine and they were out and the agent tried to sell me a Chardonnay and a saviogn Blanca and beer they didn’t have even the merlot. I was annoyed because she was insisting I try a white wine or beer as “hey it alcohol lady” I wanted a red wine not a serving of alcohol. Also I asked for a bag and the man said well I could give you a laundry bag even though there is one in your room....no suggestions on nearby establishments that may sell a bag

Had a great experience overall .. the hot tub was closed and that was a big reason we stayed there and the pictures were a bit deceiving on the pool area ... the room was great and staff helpful .. we would stay again and hope the pool area was up and running .. ps breakfast was great and greasy and clean

Fast Trip. Comfortable stay. Great Breakfast. A great stay for a one night..

NICE CLEAN BUT 1 poor housekeeper on our floor. 4pm and we came back to room and had not been touched. she was very busy and no urgency from anyone to help the poor girl or us . Then we walk out to parking lot and guys doing drugs in the parking lot not a good experience.

Room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. I had the "do not disturb" door hanger on once, but the rest of the time the room was available to clean. I still left a $20 tip for no service.

The doors are all soft shut, yet everyone seems to pull them and slam them anyway. The walls were pretty thin, you can hear the room above you and anyone in the hallway. Near the highway and you hear the cars all night. Spouse loved the breakfast, but was not thrilled with being served moldy bagels. Idk if you have ever been to Utah and specifically near SLC, but everyone there seemed to be traveling with children and the parents kind of let them run all over the hotel without supervision until the pool closed around 10 or 11pm. This is where 95% of my noise complaints come from...then 5% the highway noise, but I should have recognized that when booking...Very clean rooms and nice set up, almost like a suite set-up minus a door separating the sitting room/kitchenette. The bedding didn't really like staying on the bed corners, but it wasn't distracting enough to take from our sleep, like the other guests noise...

Checked in late. When i got to my room door was partially open, so i didn't know if someone was inside at circa midnight. No one at front desk, had to call for them. No hot water in the shower in the a.m. When i called down after 1/2 an hour of trying at 6:15 a.m., was told this was probably because others were getting up and showering at the same time. Give me a break.

Great location in wonderful Thanksgiving point. Very helpful staff.

Great location with Thanksgiving point. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Will stay here again.

This is a great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, but sometimes very busy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Everything was absolutely awesome! Will return often as we travel to SLC a lot. Close to many eateries and shopping. Close enough to SLC but out of the city.

The staff was very friendly, except for the gentleman who checked me in about 4:00 in the afternoon, who seemed irritated by the process. The breakfast was surprisingly good, I wish I had made time for it every morning. The room was nice with all the standard features. The only real problem I had was the noise from adjacent rooms and in the hallways, until the wee hours of the mornings, even on weeknights. The walls and the doors did nothing to diminish the sound. I could hear entire, normal volume conversations outside my room.

Convenient to freeway and business locations. Good food next door at The Deli, Thanksgiving Point.

The room was excellent, but that wasn't the most important part for us. We accidentally left behind a tablet computer, only realizing it when we went through security at the airport. We called the staff of the hotel, and were happily relieved to find that it had been found in our room. The staff even took care of mailing it back to us. This was a big relief.

Room was very clean as was the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
