Very clean and nicely decorated. They need new tubs in room or to have them refurbished

I liked that it did not have a casino, so it was a little more chill but still cool and a lot of fun. And if you want a casino, the Palms is right next door.

Hi, I booked a room for my birthday and had no idea they didn’t accept relatable debit/ credit cards, even though I had money they would not accept my security deposit therefore leaving me stranded with no place to stay on my birthday, they did nothing at all to help and just watched my cry in the lobby with no where to go.

At check in agent was like a a clerk. Very dull nothing special. First time there and just any hotel. The room itself is actually pretty nice

They offered an on site spa which was excellent, great pool, restaurant, and bar on site and also a convenience store for any needs you might have to keep you from having to drive a lot of places for the things you need. With the hotel also being connected to a casino there were lots of additional restaurant options including a buffet, a club and shopping areas and of course gambling. It was an overall great experience

Off the strip but still close up the action Hotel very very nice. Except the tv in front of bed did have a big problem Tv in front of sofa worked fine but had to twist neck to see. Called front desk to have a technician come. He did come but never totally resolved We are not upset about it Had a wonderful stay even with the bum tv

Private executive suite, discrete professional staff

The property and room was very clean. I would stay again. Since it’s not on the strip you have all the features of the resort experience without the strip noise. The selection of things to do at the hotel and casino was good.

Very nice rooms. Some construction going on so not perfect, but will certainly come back.

The rooms were very clean and bathroom was amazing . Water pressure just right

I loved the jetted tub, kitchenette, free valet parking, friendly service, comfy pillows, full motion mirror and tv in bathroom, 2 tv

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room would only cool if curtains were wide open which was not convenient. The food from room service was delicious! The Chinese restaurant, downstairs was Incredibly delicious! Bed was very hard, though and a little uncomfortable.

The room was comfy convenient with a great view. The only issue i had was the bathroom shower and tub needed a little more cleaning. There was black scum or mold around the shower head it was detachable so i just didnt use it. The over head rainfall shower was great. Also didnt use the tub because it wasn’t clean. But other than that my stay was great. Didn’t complain to management because i didnt wanna pack up and move.. lol i had a lot of stuff.

Filthy hotel rooms, lack of staff made us wait all the time, excessive charges.

The construction early morning but other than that great!! The shower was amazing
