Palms Place Hotel and Spa at the Palms Las Vegas

Overall, I loved The Place at The Palms. However, I was not prepared to be so far away from the strip, having to spend lots of money on taxis to go back and forth to the convention center and Las Vegas amenities. Also, one should be prepared that breakfast (room service only available ) does not open until 7:30 am, with a 30-45 minute wait for delivery. Room service items are delivered in to go boxes with plastic silverware, not dishes and silverware. Great staff, except bellman....not helpful and bad attitude.

This is my 4th time and every time has been about the same. The gym is awesome - I love the free parking and the ability to have a mini kitchen. If you call for something no one will pick up. Best to go to the front desk and ask for everything in person!

Great place, clean, quit, walking distance to Starbucks, hoohka lounge, etc. Loved the pool and happy hour, to relax this is the place.

I’ve stayed here before however this stay was horrible. When we got to our room, we discovered that one of the TVs didn’t work. We called someone to come fix it, they never came. The refrigerator had old food it. The knob yo turn off the cold water in the bathroom came off, no one ever came to fix that either. I’ll never stay there again

barroom lighting was very bad. Room was dark needs better lighting.

Nice pool and fitness center. Great to have a small kitchen in the room

Great hotel experience excellent price great service close to all attractions for my needs during my stay will return.

I really enjoyed my stay. We got upgraded to a suite because the hotel sold out. I highly recommend a suite if you can swing it. We stayed at the Palms Place which is more like a condo style room. I was on the 21st floor and the view was amazing. the room a a lil dark though even with all the lights on, but it was perfect for entertaining.

Everybody at the hotel was pretty helpful and nice except for staff at the 6th floor pool, they were SUPER sassy AND rude THEY ALSO THINK they are "movie stars" i dint get the names but they are 1 blondy and the other one dark hair with tatoos bar tenders (2 men). How can somebody working with public can be so nasty?

This room looks amazing online, however, in person is another story. I checked out because it wasn't my standard of living. It felt more like a scummy pimp house. In my oppinion they need to focus more on cleanliness.

We were checked into a room that was not clean. There was stuff all over the walls, cabinets were falling apart, it smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, the windows had a film on them, and worst of all there was a white milky substance on the headboard of the bed. It was absolutely disgusting! When we went to the front desk to ask for a different room, the employee behind the counter said, "This stuff happens all the time." If you are paying for a luxury hotel room, these kind of issues should not "happen all the time". He did give us another room with out charge. It was a lot cleaner, but the room still looked like it was in rough condition. We ended up leaving on the 4th day of our week vacation because it just was not what we hoped for. I will say the staff was very pleasant.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool was "closed" on Friday when we checked in only to later find out there was a "private event" taking place. Room service was delivered in to-go containers and dropped off in bags! In 43 years I've never had pancakes served in a box with plastic utensils so I guess there's a first time for everything!!

Staff wasn't the friendliest and there was food crumbs on the floor and soap scum in the bathtub. I did think it was a beautiful room though.

It was a nice size room with a great view of the strip.

Our stay at the Palms Place was good. They are currently being renovated by their new owners. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The Fitness room was incredible, but a bit hard to find. The front desk staff were cold and not very helpful. We approached them a few times with questions and they seemed bothered. The best find of our trip was the Lucky Penny Restaurant at the Palms Casino. The staff was extremely efficient as they all worked together to provide you with the most delicious meals.

Pros: cute room, nice view, updated, meat and well-kept Cons: Shower drain a little worn/damaged... comforter not as clean and fluffy.. bed made creaking sounds when you move... wifi is awful.. paid for faster speed and still didn't work (charges were credited back)... no padding on ironing board, no robe.

The hotel itself was nice. Except for the fact that they don't open the balcony or have cooking utensils in the rooms. But those where my only complaints every thing else was great.

Beautiful hotel just of the strip. Mini bar, sink, cook top, sectional couch, excellent bathroom, with beautiful views as well! Would definitely stay here again!

This is the best hotel. The staff is great and the rooms look just like the pictures. I will be staying here again I'm the future.

The palms hotel was very nice and I would stay their for a year
