Very nice hotel with many room choices. Location is convenient to the strip, airport, and other venues. Palms Place was quiet, yet plenty of activity close by! Room was spacious and comfortable. Great bed! Parking was convenient. Staff was very helpful and cordial!
I liked being off of the main strip. Less people. Great hotel. Lots of food options. Chronic tacos is amazing!! We had an awesome jacuzzis tub. I will defiantly be back.
We loved the hotel because it was quite and v roomy, and especially traveling with kids, I like the fact there were no casino down stairs. Staffs were very friendly, 1bedroom suite were more than I expected. View was just gorgeous. Only thing I wished that since they have full kitchen, they should have some kitchen stuff, like utensils, pots, bowls, etc. Other than that, it was comfy stay. In room, laundry was also very convenient.
Horrible check in experience. My room was getting a bit long in the tooth.
Besides 1 room service operator's unproffesionalism, the hotel and the stay was great! (Room service manager corrected the situation)
Skywalk to the palm place was out of order and the escalators were slow, however all were worth the headache when I saw my suite.
Nice location - I am not a gambler and had to go to Vegas on business. Price was right. Room had lots of space and a mini kitchen. In our room the furniture was worn out. The bar stools had no padding. and the upholstered furniture was worn.
My experience was great I always stay at the palms when I visit las vegas..
HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREAT LOCATION MORTON ROOM GREAT STAFF
Nice place, fancy feel to it. It was just way to dusty my kids and i were sneezing since we walked in. The Balcony and outdoor glass needs cleaning. outside window glass and balcony glass were super dirty, could not look thru it!!! Other than that everything was great.
I like palms place hotel. Whenever I visit las vegas, I stay here.
I had a great experience at the palms place. They have clean rooms with big space. I will consider staying here again in the future
The in room ice makers are always turned off by staff
It was a great experience, we will definitely be staying again
Room service was bad, you couldn't reach valet by phone, they charged my debt card twice to where it decided at a restaurant and I had to call my bank smh. Also when checking in front desk did not explain anything to me just typed up my information and handed me my key card.... oh I was VIP and Orbitz informed me I had late check out but the hotel told me different. I had to go to another hotel to recover before driving back home. I would like a partial refund for my stay I was unhappy at my stay to where I couldn't even enjoy my trip. This never happened to me b4 but staff members there need to step there game up
This was maybe my third or fourth time staying af Palms place. This last time was the best. It was my bday weekend and I got upgraded from the studio suite to the 1BR suite on the 52nd floor! Amazing views and suite! Thank you Palms for the great hospitality. Great staff and no doubt will be back.
Very spacious rooms but nothing fancy, building is located off the strip, nothing good around the area, definitely not recommend, the internet was horrible, leaking water, both tv did not even turn on
Frank at the front desk was wonderful friendly staff beautiful property will definatly be back would recommend to everyone
Studio Suite was beautiful, gym was sufficient, locker room was amazing. Very comfortable, only issue is that the free shuttle to Caesar's only runs from 11-8pm but that is why it is free :)
went in not expecting much. I was surprised by how comfortable my stay was. Only problem I had was the fact of the deposit that I was not told about until it was time to take my key. other than that, I was impressed by the joys of the palms place.
