Not in a good neighborhood. Room was gross and needed deep cleaning.

Constant exposure to cigarette smoking No refrigerator

The rooms were nice. I stayed 5 nights. It was my first and last time staying here. The staff was rushing me out. They didn't care that the customers who come to this hotel pay there salary. They were mad because I wasn't ready to leave exactly at 11am. They charged me a late fee without my consent. Also they sent there whole swat team of security to make sure I was leaving. Never in my life have I had to experience a situation like this. They didn't care. I will never go to there casino again and spend my money. This was my first time staying on the Northside of las Vegas. I guess this is how they treat there customers.

The room was nice and I liked that there was a separate entrance for the Hotel where you didn't have to walk through the casino. Having a Denny's in the building was great for breakfast and the service at the Denny's was excellent. My son enjoyed the ice rink as well. All in all a good stay.

the variety in fiid choices was great. the only dislike was that you had to purchase alcoholic beverages whule gambling

Easy accces to property and food was descent and sports book was great

Nice and clean rooms. It was very convenient for my needs. I like how I didn't have to walk thru the casino if I didn't want to.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Because I do not smoke, the smoke from the casino was a little much but choosing to enter the hotel through another door made it bearable.

You should know that for the price you're getting, this isn't anything other than basic, safe accommodations. You won't get a coffee pot a refrigerator or even a lot of space. You get a bed, a TV and a bathroom. That being said, the rooms were clean and separated from the casino area by a security door you had to walk past the front desk to access. The staff was friendly and were quickly responsive to an issue I had with my room. It's not luxury, but wouldn't you rather save the money to gamble with?

We stay here every time we go to Vegas (3 or 4 times now) and it had been a terrific hotel. But it's steadily gone downhill. The customer service is AWFUL. The managers have zero power to upgrade rooms or discount prices due to shoddy conditions. Their internet is a joke. There were problems with the internet EVERY SINGLE DAY of our stay! Their tech came out and concluded that it wasn't our computer at fault but rather their system. One of the two elevators didn't work. When we went to check into our room, there was a staff member in the room (about giving us a heart-attack, as we weren't expecting anyone to be in there!) "inspecting" the room. Customer service throughout was atrocious. Customer service rep that we'll call "Heather" was completely rude. The only positives? The house-cleaning folks were ***awesome*** and super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. And the room was constantly refreshed and kept clean.

First off, I'll say I'm disabled, so this doesn't just sound like whining. I drove up & went to valet park. I asked for a bellman for my bags. The valet said that there was no bellman, & that I was on the casino side of the property. The hotel was on the other side of the property, but no valet. I drove around, parked my car, went in to register. The desk person said they didn't have any luggage carts for guest to use. I limped back & forth from from car to room 3 times to bring all my stuff up (I was visiting for business, so had a laptop & paperwork with me - I've never been anywhere in Vegas that didn't have a bellman before). Note: I found out when I left that they actually DO have a whopping TWO luggage carts - not sure why the first person lied to me. You just have to leave your ID at the front desk to borrow it!!! The 1st night was fine. The 2nd night, about 10pm, I was awakened by a lot of noise & commotion in the hallway. I looked out, saw about 20 people in nearby rooms going back & forth to each other's rooms, talking loudly the whole time. This lasted about an hour. Then at 6am, the same thing happened all over again! I finally stuck my head out, asked them if they realized how rude they were being. I got blank stares from everyone. They were apparently a large group on a tour bus, visiting from overseas. I've had this happen before; it's never enjoyable. The outside is disgusting. The rock planters are full of trash, personal hygiene items, and dog feces. :(

Didn't really know what to expect but reservation reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds but the room available only had one and could not adjust the AC or turn it off. Condition of room did not match as advertised.

Dirty toilet, shower head broke and bed had ants in it Told the manager and he said get lost.

The only thing badd is we asked for a king bed but got 2 queens.

Good Hotel. Had everything I needed for a short stay

Liked view of planes and helicopters good restaruants

Didn't have the smoking room I requested for the 1st night..so had to move the 2nd day in late afternoon. No luggage storage.
