Cozy, quiet, condo in Mesilla. My condo is located on the second floor. This is a furnished two bedroom, two-bathroom condo in a luxury gated community. My property has two balconies, access to the gym 24 hour. Walking distance restaurants and shops. Mesilla is 45 MN to El Paso TX airport. The HOA determines when the pool is open and heated, once the weather allows.
My condo was nicely updated with appliances, refrigerated hair and heater so, is the perfect place for long term guest. Yeah !! Double recliner sofa is coming mid June.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
