I will never stay at this hotel again. Reservations were not made correctly. Only had 2 of the 5 rooms I reserved on file. All the common areas, were way too hot. Even the staff was sweating and apologizing. People stuck in the elevators several times and had to be rescued. Most of the time only 1 was working, and had to wait 45 minutes to get one on Sunday. Staff was having a screaming match with each other in the hall when we were checking in. Only 1 receipt has the correct pricing on it. Overcharged on 4 rooms. Did not stand by the pricing I rec’d from Orbitz. I want a complete refund on the room charges. As a diamond member I am taking this complaint to the very top. Had a flight to catch and valet parking took another 1/2 hour to get our car out, and a long line of complaining people at the front desk I could not sty to arbitrate this bill.
