Great location and entertainment programs for kids. The only drawback is that building and rooms are little old.

We were looking for a hotel within walking distance to shops and casino's and one that had breakfast. This was a perfect fit. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! We could walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and casino's.

Great location great staff many activities for kids

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days. The second bedroom had no TV. The kitchen is in poor repair with painted plywood in place of cabinets. The refrigerator was old and the shelves were broken. The beds were very uncomfortable. There is a resort fee that isn't really for anything. The breakfast is lower quality than Super 8. As in frozen waffles and powdered eggs....all in all it should have been at least 200 bucks a night cheaper for what you get. It was no nicer than the motels in the area.

Some towel not very clean, wifi alway can't connect

Great hotel, we had a 2 year old and booked the 1 bedroom suite, it had a full kitchen, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, there was also complimentary hot breakfast every morning, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families!

Cheap hotel, close to heavenly. Converted apartments, nothing special. Our room was not very clean. There was hair on nearly all the linens and in the showers. Breakfast is nothing special. Coffee is terrible.

I've spent my family end-of-summer week vacation here third time in a row. And if I'll have a chance to do this next year - I'll do the same choice. There are everything what we need and all this is located where we need.

We have brought our children here close to biking fun pool and great buffet at Harrahs. Now our kids are grown but we still love it, great memories. Also dont forget to take the hike in back of the hotel to the watetfalls!

I stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette weekend. The price for our 2 bedroom suite was certainly competitive however we were a little disappointed in the appearance and cleanliness of the suite. We did our best to decorate the outdated living area to make it seem more glamorous than it was but there was nothing to be done with the bathrooms, which are severely outdated and not the cleanest. We were overall thrilled with the convenient location and friendly staff, as well as the complimentary breakfast, but would have enjoyed our stay that much more had the suite been more clean and modern.

This was 2nd time our family stay there for a week before another school year starts. And, again, this was just perfect time. Everything and everybody in this hotel serve for you. While first look onto price may not impress you, further search for options in this area would show you that you cannot get such level of comfort cheaper than here (if you even could find it for bigger price). From the very beginning to the last day, we could enjoy great friendly staff, spacious 1-bedroom suite with LCD TV & DVD, fully equipped kitchen with big refrigerator & microwave & electric oven & toaster & dinnerware, lot of closet space and so on, full breakfast, and many other good things. I even cannot say what was not perfect. May be too small old elevator? But it was enough for 3-floor building. Or absence of assigned carports? But we never had problems with this. So, if you are looking for any negative review (as I, usually, do during my searches) try to find it somewhere else.

We always stay here and have an excellent experience. The suite rooms are large and feel very cabin like.

Not only was the location unbelievable!!! A 2 minute walk from the hotels and boutiques, and a 1 second walk to the grocery store. The room was amazing like an apartment! The kitchen had utilities, The bedroom was huge, the space in general was larger then I ever expected! The pool and hot tub was right outside my window. Housekeeping was QUICK when needed! Management was incredible, and BREAKFAST! yum :) Couldn't ask for a better place to have stayed.. I most definitely will be returning!

My family and I were here in Tahoe for a wedding. Staying at the Forrest Suites Resort made our very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room with full living room and kitchen conveniently located directly behind Heavenly Village.. Room rate includes full breakfast, Wine and Cheese hour, and Arts & Crafts activity for the kids. Rooms are a bit dated, but spaciousness, location and price more than make up for it. Great value for this location and perfect for family ski getaways!

We were there for a skiing weekend at Heavenly. The location is perfect (a few steps to gondola), the warm breakfasts also very good, and very friendly staff.

The hotel has a very good location. I ended up with a upgrade from 1 to 2 bedroom, which worked fine. Hallway and elevator are a old, but the rooms are very comfortable.

Great location! No need to drive anywhere once you're there. In the heart of everything! Walk across the street to catch gondola, walk a block to casinos, grocery store, pizza, bars, shopping. Offered wine tasting for adults and crafts for kids. A fun trip.

Great location; wonderful staff and events everyday around Christmas including free wine and cheese tasting! Would stay here again

Was attending a wedding in S Lake Tahoe, which was held at the facility. Check wasn't till four, but when I identified the wedding party, the staff found me a room immediately. I room was clean, as were the grounds. The little wedding chapel was perfect size and the food at the reception was good.
