I don't always have time to eat breakfast but always have hot tea, this is first time the hotel had no tea bags for that. Disappointing, had to go to Starbucks. Also, bed linens smelled bad, sulfur smell likely from the wash water, really need to use some kind of fabric softener to eliminate or at least dampen that smell.

I had reservation for 4 peoples. They gave me only two towels. AC was smelly , the breakfast was almost just leftovers scrambled eggs. Bad bad experience. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The toilet was not cleaned properly. The handle had to be held down to flush it. The bathtub’s cleanliness was questionable. I’m hoping the brown stain on it was rust. The floor in my room was bumpy and uneven. I feel if I would have stepped wrong, I could have possibly fell or even twisted my ankle. I understand the construction workers had a hard day but there should be a more appropriate location for them to gather and smoke weed. Especially out of respect for when going children walk by trying to go to their room.

Both rooms we tried were musty and had hair all over. It was apparent that rhe tub, sunk, tables tops were not cleaned. Cleanliness is the most important part to me. Front desk staff was very polite.

This is my 4th time staying at this Best Western. Never had a bad experience before, other than the pool being way too strong with chlorine. But this time was the absolute worst. Staff was nice, cleaning ladies were respectful, so no complaints there. The first room we got was non-smoking like we asked, but it was horrible. The whole room was musty, the carpet and bed felt damp, and the smell was like dirty wet rags. We asked for another room and got moved. That one seemed fine, just needed two lights replaced. My 4-year-old even said she thought she saw a bug. I didn’t believe her at first. But on checkout day, we actually found TWO roaches in the room. Disgusting. Then it all made sense why they had a “breakfast only in the dining area” sign taped to the wall. Breakfast itself was meh. Waffles were the only good thing. Cereal was stale, the milk was spoiled, and the eggs were super watery. Dining room is tiny, like 4 or 5 tables, so good luck if it’s busy. The worst part? The roaches ended up in my bags and I even found one in my car after leaving. My skin is still crawling just thinking about it. This place might be convenient, but I’d rather drive 20 extra minutes than ever stay here again. Musty rooms, damp beds, spoiled food, and ROACHES. Completely disgusted and beyond disappointed.
