I booked through Expedia which incorrectly has it listed there’s a hot tub. Annoyed by this as I wasted bringing swim clothes. The room was ok it very much needs a deep clean. The shower didn’t drain very well.

Brittany at the front desk was unbelievably rude! She has no business being in customer service! I was in town on a business trip. I got to the hotel and had a late check-in. I woke up about 815 and went to have breakfast, or thought I was going to. There was one little egg left and my partner took it. I asked Brittany if they were going to bring more eggs out and she told me no because the breakfast closed in 30 minutes. And then she proceeded to tell me in a in an abrupt abrasive tone, “the eggs come in 12. I mean, I can bring out 12 eggs if you want a whole dozen eggs!” I mean with that tone, of course I wasn’t going to accept the offer. I honestly felt like I was a child and I was scolded by my mother for coming in late from playing to eat dinner. Attention Sam, the manager, you should really address her attitude. You don’t ever shut down breakfast 30 minutes early because your employee doesn’t want to be inconvenienced. After paying the amount I paid for the room, I shouldn’t have to deal with that!

The check in qent smooth and he was polite. Our room was beautiful and worth the extra money having to hot tub in the room. It was our honeymoon and well worth the expense. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and very spacious. We had a wonderful time.

I would like to mention that yesterday 11/1/2025 the guy’s breakfast service was amazing he was super kind and helpful BUT today as 11/3 OMG, we were treated badly. Not only us but everyone. She was rude and denied us yugurt and orange juice even when the breakfast was until 10.

the rooms are spaceous and comfortable.had a problem with the first room,TV not working,2nd room had a little musky smell,but was ok.had again problem with the TV.screen too dark,however BRITTANY at the front desk went out of her way to fix the issue.the owner himself showed up and fixed the tv.love the pool.overall had a very nice stay.will be back.
