The inside of the facility was very clean and always smelled fresh. The suite was comfortable and suited our needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Having a balcony overlooking the lake was a bonus. We weren’t as impressed with the outdoor area but not as important to us as the inside. The location was great for walking access to London Bridge area. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the recreation path along the river. The staff was very helpful in providing information about the area.

Loved my stay at the Heat Hotel. Michael at the front desk was great! Excellent location, and my room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, and I had a fantastic view off my balcony. Loved that it was dog friendly hotel, even though I didn't bring my dog if was great seeing the dogs.
