On site and close to entrance. Very convenient.

The bed was quite comfy. I only had one night where the shower was tepid, but after letting it run, it warmed up. For the most part I had a pleasant stay until night 4 when an obnoxious group of 30-40 people checked in and placed all their teenagers on my floor who proceeded to run down the hallway, bang on walls, slamdoors, constantly open and shut doors, yell down the hallway, blast their TVs, etc. starting around 10:15pm. Apparently no parents or chaperones were placed on that floor with them because I heard no attempts at curbing those behaviors. The front desk asked for my patience to allow them to settle in since they had just checked in but at 11:45pm when they started singing at the top of their lungs I reached my breaking point. Brittany was so kind and offered to have my room changed. I mean the last thing I wanted to do after midnight was switch hotel rooms but I wasn't going to get any sleep with those wild teenagers running amok. The rest of my stay went smoothly thankfully after that.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was average. Morning breakfast Selection was sparse but I attribute that to the current pandemic conditions. Room felt cramped but adequate.

I was in a non smoking room and the room next to me was smoking pot im allergic yo smoke i had a headache all weekend. They said when someone checked out of one of the rooms on my floor they wiuld switch me but that didnt happen they gave me spray to get rid of the smell

The property was fine. The rooms were clean. The lobby smells very strongly of the pool, but other than that it was a fine enough stay for one night.

Hotel is good. But they allowed a group of people to have party into midnight outside, very loud. I called front desk around 10pm, the lady told me she talked to the group already and would talk to them again. Still, the party ran into midnight. I believe half of hotel guests were affected. The hotel should not have allowed this to happen.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, no smells, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location,next to shops.

Near Six Flags, Lake George and across the street is Walmart.

Clean hotel, good breakfast. Close to many activities without staying in all the chaos.

Thank you for the review! We are thrilled to see you had an excellent stay with us recently. Our hotel is conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants and stores. We are seven miles south of the village of Lake George and two miles north of the city of Glens Falls. There are a variety of activities to do in the area, such as hiking, shopping, skiing and a few museums as well. Hopefully, we will see you again the next time you are in the Queensbury area! Thank you for the review. I am sorry that you did not have a completely wonderful experience throughout your stay. We are happy to hear that you found the bed to be comfortable as we know this is a personal preference. I am sorry that we had a group that was not respectful of others when they arrived and continued into the evening. We do try to put the chaperones at each end of groups so there is less likely a complaint from other guests. I am sorry that we had to move your room in order to get some rest. It is unfortunate that we had a gathering of individuals that were not considerate of the other guests at the hotel.
