The beds were uncomfortable. Woke up with a stiff back. Slept on 🛋️ second night. Water park was freezing. Toilets clogged. No hot water in room No toilet paper ! None of it was corrected while we were there...and the staff couldn't get the hint ppl were freezing when ppl were in the water park in coats!

We had to wait for our room, it was not ready when we checked in on time. Very noisy while trying to sleep, car alarms going off all night and children running around all night. The tv in the room would constantly shut off for no reason.

We had a great time! So much comes with your stay. It was so worth it, my kids loved the shows and all the Christmas lights, decorations and fun. The water park is so fun. Overall great experience.

Rooms could definitely use a refresh. water pipes squealed through our showers and the heater rattles all night. Room service was only available for dinner and not breakfast and kids are much tougher to get going for breakfast than dinner.

Staff were AMAZING! The room was perfect! Food was better than expected. Plus, the whole ambiance of the lodge decorated for the holidays was sweet. And of course, the waterpark was incredible. However, there were two things that made the stay less than ideal. First, we showed up a few hours before check-in to be greeted by a locked door. I guess we just assumed this would be more like a hotel, essentially open 24/7. Not so. So we had to spend a few hours entertaining a 5-year-old at the local mall. Not a huge deal, but I wish this had been made clear upon making a reservation. The other issue we had is that there are 8 charging stations for EVs, and not ONE was functioning. There are also no charging stations for overnight guests at all. This meant that I had to find a nearby charging station and essentially lose a couple of hours to recharge my car. All in all, the stay was great. I would go full 5 stars, or even 4.5 if it was an option...but if they made improvements to the above areas, it would have been 5/5 perfect!

We love our stay! The waterpark is fun for all ages and the kids holiday activities are so much fun. We only had a 10 minute wait for dinner at one of the restaurants and we were given arcade passes for the “inconvenience”. Very friendly staff as well.

The room was outdated a lot of stuff was broken. The bathtub had black stains all around it. We stood there for 2 nights and on day 1 there was NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER!!! Really disappointed in this hotel. The waterpark was decent. The kids club needs better options or better activities
