Nice place, comfortable, conveylocation. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast. Coffee with powered creme and pastry.😞

No clothes iron in room, but staff provided. Bed rather noisy. Staff very helpful. Would stay again.

Beds were squeaky. The Other room that we got had issues like bathroom door lock not working, outlet power strip not working etc etc etc..

It was close to Lake George, without paying Lake George hotels summer prices. It advertised breakfast but only offered coffee and danishes.

Not the Taj Mahal, but more than adequate at a fraction of the cost in this resort location

A/C would not come on. No towels in the room. Hear the neighbors up stairs way to easy. Hair in the sink. Shower curtain wouldn't stay. Water all over.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Room was bare basics but we just needed one night on our way further north in New York so it did the job just fine.

Only draw back was the room had the smell of cigarettes. Nice breakfast diner just down the street.

like the room is not carpeted. very friendly staff

The rooms was nice but the carpet was dirty. Needed a carpet cleaning. The lobby was being renovated so there was no morning coffee, just a candy vending machine. For the price it was okay.

Was concerned that it was going to be noisy since our room faced the street, but it was surprisingly peaceful. Room was quite large and very clean, with comfortable beds. The hairdryer was weak, but otherwise a very good value!

Hotel was east to find. Middle of small town location. Easy parking and plenty of it. Arrived late but check in was good. Room spacious. Room clean. Had toiletries. Breakfast room. Straight forward hotel stay. Perfect place to land for overnight.

A major improvement from a couple of experiences at other Red Roofs a few years ago...they are upping their game! It was a perfect base for mountain hiking and autumn leaf peeping.

Clean and comfy. Staffs accommodating . Great unexpected coffee and bakery selection in the morning!

Staff very pleasant. We enjoyed the unexpected fresh bakery items and coffee each morning! Saved on needing to buy breakfast .

We arrived on Friday and our room was ready. The only room they had at the time was a handicapped room so the shower was not what we expected. They put us in another room the next day and it was perfect. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed on the bottom level the first nt and it was quite noisey with people walking upstairs. I would suggest staying on second floor.

Reasonably priced, close to Great Escape and a short drive to Lake George.

The amenities were good for the caliber of hotel (for a 2 star hotel). Basic stuff. However, very overpriced for caliber of hotel but I guess that is because of seasonal demand for the area and the customer pays a premium for that for mostly anything in the area.
